Heart Mountain Yoga Collective brings yoga and other health and wellness classes to you because wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. Try Full Circle Fitness or join us in our varied yoga classes. There's something for every body!
The Heart Mountain Yoga Collective teachers blend a variety of yoga styles that combine key alignment principles and linking of breath and movement, with the focus on helping you find your optimal alignment in a safe and supportive environment. A variety of other classes that benefit mind, body & spirit, that are non-asana based classes are available. Some of these classes explore different aspects of yoga...information will be posted below when those are offered.
If you have a body, you can do yoga! We meet you wherever you are & that's right where you need to be. Come give it a try!

Temporary Studio Closure!
Due to growing concerns over COVID-19, HMYC has elected to encourage social distancing by minimizing classes. Effective March 15, no morning yoga or fitness classes. Monday & Thursday night yoga classes are a go this week. Next week, all live classes are cancelled. Yin Yoga and Drumming will be offered remotely. Contact Cheryl at firstname.lastname@example.org to participate in either of these classes. In the meantime, be safe and be well!

Working one on one is a great starting point. Sometimes there's an injury or an issue that you want to work through, just with Laura. Maybe you'd rather learn a bit about the practice before joining a group class. If any of these sound good to you, then contact me to schedule your personal yoga session. We'll work together to address whatever needs addressing, and I'll provide you with an individualized plan, just for you.
Classes can be scheduled in person, via teleconference on Skype or Facetime.
Sometimes we just need someone to talk with, to plan and strategize with, to be accountable to, as we finish something or start something new.
